Terms & Conditions & Cancellation and Refund
In order to confirm registration and accommodation all fees must be duly paid.
Cancellations done until July 15, 2025 will be fully reimbursed.
Cancellations done between July 16 - August 15, 2025 will be reimbursed by 50%
Cancellations after August 15, 2025 - NO REFUND
