1. Accommodation Fee Details
- Rates are based on a one-night stay and include an open buffet breakfast.
- Prices are inclusive of 10% VAT and 2% City Tax.
- Check-in is available starting from 10 September 2025, and the latest check-out date is 24 September 2025.
- Participants will select their check-in and check-out dates during the booking process.
- The total fee will be calculated based on the number of nights stayed.
- Participants will stay in standard rooms.
- An extra bed will be provided for a third person or a child sharing the room. Accommodation of the third person is subject to fee.
- Accompanying persons are not permitted to attend the meetings unless they are officially registered.

3. Cancellation policy
- In order to confirm registration and accommodation applications, all fees must be duly paid. No guarantee will be granted for the applications done without any or partial payments.
- Cancellations done until July 15, 2025 will be fully reimbursed.
- Cancellations done between July 16 - August 15, 2025 will be reimbursed by 50%.
- After August 15, 2025 no cancellations will be reimbursed, and if there is a due amount, it should be duly paid.
